Client #1: EMERSION PROGRAM
Temporary Role – 4 Weeks
Client is in the public eye, has had relationship challenges, the relationship has been in the media. He feels a lot of pressure socially and with his career as a world renowned actor. Has sought out Nadine’s expertise to assist him with his personal and professional challenges. The client is mostly unhappy, often flat and melancholic, feels stuck and going around circles, not eating well or exercising, not sleeping well, too much alcohol, needs some confidential support. Changing his current situation is important as he has not felt good about his life for a very long time. He has 8 weeks of mostly free time between now and his next project and has committed to 4 weeks of intensive coaching/lifestyle consulting with Nadine.
Role of lifestyle consultant: Nadine Piat-Niski is contacted to work with client for 4 weeks intensively, on average 4-5 days per week. Nadine traveled to the country and city of the client. After an initial telephone meeting Nadine created a program to suit her clients objectives. In this case a strong focus on addressing anxiety and depression with some solid health and fitness assistance and management.
- DAY STARTS between 7.00AM and 9.00AM
- Physical exercise (either with the clients’s trainer or assisted by Nadine)
- Stretching and breathing/grounding exercises
- Breakfast
- 2 Hours of Emotional Resilience Coaching focusing on key emotional challenges
- Grounding and Centering (builds awareness, teaches client to connect and slow down, etc.)
- Lunch
- 2 Hours of coaching and personal development/awareness exercises.

Most days were similar, however others activities took place. Some days longer, others shorter. We also ventured out to test new skills and tools, took client to appointments with other professional, shopping for an event – whatever is required and agreed upon between the client and consultant.
OBJECTIVE: To improve everyday enjoyment, to ease stress, improve his relationships through self awareness, communication and understanding, learn to deal with media attention, increase his emotional and physical health, re-prioritise and live with increased life balance.
