When the trainer is not around Nadine can assist the client. She is a great motivator and can assist her client to maintain and achieve health and fitness goals.  She has Personal Training experience and previously owned a boutique Health & Fitness Center.

3. Make-up and styling assistance   If required

In addition, Nadine can assist the client with make-up and styling for general everyday or special events. Nadine has a fabulous sense of style and fashion, an eye for detail and is a naturally gifted make-up artist if required by client.
