Calibrate Coaching was established by Nadine Piat-Niski, a graduate of Coach U , Real Life Coaching and the Australian Depression Institute (ADI).  Nadine is also a  member of the International Coach Federation(ICF).

Nadine’s mission was to create a Personal and Corporate Coaching organisation to empower clients to realise personal fulfillment through conscious living.

Nadine is also a published writer and speaker on various topics ranging from Life Balance, Personal and Professional Success, Passionate Focus, Confidence, Health & Well-being, and Stress, Anxiety & Depression.

In addition, Calibrate Coaching offers Personal Coaching in synergy with meditation and relaxation exercises to assist with stress management, increased wellness and peacefulness.

Nadine’s abundant knowledge and experience in the various areas of self-development, her fresh and professional approach, allows Nadine to skillfully help her clients with their own personal goals and vision.

Nadine’s motivation and passion…

Nadine’s personal life experiences led her into the Personal Coaching profession. With her success in the areas of business development, and company directorships, Nadine was faced with a debilitating health challenge.  After three years in much of the unknown, she managed to recover with an ever-present willingness to learn, grow and heal. In the recovery process Nadine chose to look deeper – as a result she rebalanced and fine-tuned her life on every level. Her driving force was hope, courage and determination!

Helping others overcome personal challenges is Nadine’s passion – to assist clients to define their personal and professional needs and values, and to live with integrity.

Here are a couple of Nadine’s key daily tips:

  1. Listen to your body (it speaks much louder than we realise, and tells us many things)
  2. Learn & Grown from your mistakes or challenging events, then live this learning.
  3. Become clear about your Values – they are your guiding compass and shall make your life journey much easier once identified and honoured.
  4. Be clear or your needs vs wants – your wants will never satisfy your needs, learn to discern one from the other  - and look after your needs first.
  5. Breathe - take the time to consciously notice your breath, it can heal & assist you in so many ways.
  6. Focus, Focus, Focus – Move forward with Clarity and Clear Focus.  Without laser like focus we tend to go around in circles.  Clarity and focus lights up the path to your personal goals and ultimate vision.  Find your focus!
  7. Humour – When appropriate (more often than not) look for the humour in situations, even during tough times.  Laughter, fun, humour is great for the spirit and your health.  NOTE: Be careful not to use humour as an avoidance tactic.
